Originally hailing from Queensland, Chris completed his Bachelor of Physiotherapy at the University of Canberra in 2023, graduating in the top 5 of his cohort for clinical placement performance.
Passionate about helping people reach their physical potential, Chris has developed a strong focus on basketball rehabilitation and performance. He is the Head Physiotherapist for Basketball ACT, working closely with the Canberra Gunners through their NBL1 East and NBL1 National Championship seasons. Chris was also recently selected to travel with the Australian Beach Ultimate (Frisbee) Team to the World Championships in Portugal, providing elite-level athlete support.
With a background in rugby and experience as a sports trainer across rugby and soccer, Chris brings valuable on- and off-field injury management insight to his practice. He has a particular interest in hip, knee, and ankle injuries and rehabilitation, helping people return to sport safely and confidently.
Outside the clinic, Chris enjoys watching musicals, catching live sport, getting in the gym, and playing in the local squash competition. Chris is fluent in both English and Afrikaans.
