Injury Rehabilitation

Recovering from an injury or surgery involves more than simply waiting for things to heal. A structured rehabilitation program can help restore strength, mobility and function, while building confidence in your body's ability to return to everyday activities, work or sport.

Our physiotherapists develop individualised rehabilitation programs based on your injury, physical needs and personal goals. Treatment may include progressive strengthening, mobility exercises, movement retraining and load management to support each stage of your recovery.

Whether you're managing a recent injury, recovering from surgery or dealing with a recurring problem, we'll work with you to develop a clear rehabilitation plan. Where appropriate, we also collaborate with your surgeon, GP or other healthcare providers to ensure your care is coordinated.

What can injury rehabilitation help with?

We provide rehabilitation for a wide range of injuries and conditions, including:

  • Ligament injuries: Including ACL injuries, ankle sprains and other joint ligament injuries.

  • Muscle and tendon injuries: Including strains, tears and tendon-related conditions.

  • Fractures: Rehabilitation following broken bones and periods of immobilisation.

  • Joint replacements: Rehabilitation following hip, knee, shoulder and other joint replacement surgeries.

  • Post-surgical rehabilitation: Including ligament reconstruction, meniscus repairs and spinal procedures.

  • Sporting injuries: Structured rehabilitation to support a safe and confident return to training and competition.

  • Persistent or recurring injuries: Addressing ongoing movement limitations, weakness and contributing factors.

Rehabilitation tailored to you

Every injury and recovery journey is different. Our approach focuses on setting realistic goals, monitoring your progress and adapting your rehabilitation as your strength, function and confidence improve.
