BOOK WITH RACHEL

Rachel graduated from the University of Queensland with a Bachelor of Physiotherapy (Honours) in 2020.

Since then, she has undertaken significant additional training in women’s health covering incontinence, prolapse, pelvic pain, and antenatal and postnatal conditions and rehabilitation.

Rachel also possesses extensive knowledge in treating a wide range or sports and musculoskeletal conditions, having worked exclusively in musculoskeletal physiotherapy in the early years of her career. She continues to treat a large musculoskeletal caseload alongside her work in women’s health. Rachel particularly enjoys treating hip, knee and ankle injuries and runners.

Rachel’s thoughtful and caring nature helps her provide an excellent standard of care to her patients, seeing each person as a unique individual with their own goals, values and busy lives that require personalised treatment plans. Through her own journey of returning to elite sport after having her first child in 2025, Rachel has a deeply personal knowledge of the competing pressures of life, training and rehabilitation and strives to help each of her patients navigate these competing interests and time restrains to achieve their goals.

Outside of work Rachel enjoys a range of activities including touch football, hiking, running, training in the gym and skiing and is always keen to try her hand at new activities.
