Sporting injuries
Zexin is a Canberra local, graduating with a Bachelor of Physiotherapy from the University of Canberra. It was through her own sporting injuries where her interest and passion for physiotherapy was sparked. While studying, Zexin spent time working alongside the NRL Canberra Raiders as an intern.
Currently, she is the Physiotherapist for Basketball ACT's Women's program, the Canberra Nationals, for their upcoming NBL1 East season. Zexin has also recently been selected to work and travel with the ACT Women's Open Softball Team for their National Championships.
Zexin participated in many sports growing up including tennis, oztag and continues to play in the AFL Canberra competition. She has a special interest in knee injuries, post-operative rehabilitation, strength and conditioning, and injury prevention. She is passionate about supporting each client’s unique recovery journey — whether that means getting back on the field, into the gym, or enjoying everyday life pain-free.
Outside the clinic, you’ll often find Zexin running or in the gym, probably training for another Hyrox, half marathon or even dipping her toes in the triathlon scene. She enjoys attending live music and sport & spending time outdoors. Also an avid AFL/NRL fan, she’ll always be up for a chat about all happenings from the weekend. Zexin is fluent in both English and Mandarin.
